如何喝咖啡才不会太伤身

咖啡已经成为好多人们生活中不可缺少的必备品,它不仅是一种口味,还是一种品位和时尚。咖啡已经成为一种大宗化产业,对它的市场和广告已经近于完善,所以咖啡的优势完全不用多说。那么咖啡到底是否有益健康,这个话题众说纷纭;作为我而言,我是咖啡爱好者,所以我无法也不愿戒掉咖啡(对不起了师父),所以我就结合所学知识,来简单谈谈如何减少咖啡对身体的损害。

咖啡性酸,其主要成分“咖啡因”隶属精神类兴奋剂范畴,绝对不可以过量饮用。

这篇文章献给所有身体健康的咖啡爱好者,分享一些心得来最小化咖啡的副作用。

第一,杜绝速溶咖啡和咖啡伴侣以及一切瓶装咖啡饮料。原因很简:其人工化学添加剂的小分子易溶性会大大加大肝脏的代谢负担。更重要的是,人生不过短短几十载,干嘛委屈自己!高品质的现磨咖啡能给人带来很好的回味和享受,所以我们不要贪便宜图省事。

第二,即便是高品质的现磨咖啡,也要注意:一定不要加白砂糖!白砂糖入口味甜,入身则性酸,入肝加重肝脏负担;咖啡如上文所述本身性酸,但由于其为天然物质,可被肝微粒酶系统分解代谢。如果肝脏代谢排毒功能不是很好(大多数人其实都不是很好),喝咖啡还要加白砂糖,这是很伤肝的举措。

第三,胰腺有问题的人,比如胰腺炎,胰腺癌或者糖尿病,请戒掉咖啡;另外咖啡不可以配香烟,会引发胰腺问题。

最后,不要过量饮用咖啡,一天最多3小杯;如果有睡眠问题,不要在下午3点以后饮用咖啡。

Nowadays, coffee is not only a beverage, but also a culture even a fashion. However, it is rather controversial whether coffee is healthy or not. Coffee contains caffeine which is a legal psychoactive drug throughout the world. Caffeine is an adenosine antagonist that is known for its stimulant effects; in a healthy liver, it is mostly broken down by the hepatic microsomal enzymatic system. Therefore, the metabolism of caffeine depends on the state of this enzymatic system of the liver.

It is unnecessary to state the advantage of coffee due to its nearly perfected marketization. In this article, the focus will be on how to minimize its disadvantages.

First, please refuse all instant coffee products and bottled coffee beverage. Because they are unnatural and there are too much artificial chemical inputs. Besides the flavor and the enjoyment of brewed coffee beans is far better than any processed coffee beverage. It may take a bit more time and it is a bit more expensive, but it is totally worth the effort and more importantly, it is way less harmful for human body.

Third, people who suffer from pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer or diabetes must quit coffee. Also never ever smoking Tabaco while drinking coffee. This habit will cause pancreatic problems.

Last, statistically, for healthy people, less than 3 cups of coffee a day will not be a problem and try not to drink coffee after 15pm as it will negatively affect your sleeping quality.
