瑜伽体位的作用
在各种网站社交媒体中,大秀各种高难瑜伽体位,广受追捧;在课堂上,瑜伽老师们着力教授高难体位,一部分学生喝彩追随,一部分学生受伤放弃;在私底下,大家相互比较“为什么你做得到这个体位而我做不到?我得练,不惜一切代价的练。”
不是说所有人都是这样,但上述似乎已经成为瑜伽产业的一种风潮。
练与秀,没错,练习好了秀一秀,让大家夸一夸,满足一下自己,挺好的。但是练习瑜伽的目的,瑜伽体位的目的可不在于此。
一个特定的体位,就是一个媒介,它不见得适合每一个人。当某一个体位不适合你时,你的身体会抵抗,这时你就要懂得放弃,不要随大流;当它适合你时,你的身体会默许,但重要的是你还要在其中找到一个适合于你的位置,不深不浅,不多不少,刚刚好的让你的身体自然承受。然后通过这个体位作为媒介,把身体的感知力有针对性的集中于某一个或几个部位,去感受它的生命力,带着觉知去体会它在这个体位下的变化,去建立自己和身体的连结。
力量型的体位,目的是通过要求身体的某一个或者几个部位发力收紧(阳),以缩小空间来集中消耗。消耗掉身体中陈旧的变质的组织和代谢不掉的垃圾(中医称其为“湿” ),这是一个“摧毁”的过程。
拉伸型的体位,目的是通过伸展来打开身体的某一个或几个部位的空间(阴),在其全然放松的前提下,运输走身体不需要的代谢物质,好使运输过来的身体需要的营养物质能够有空间被承载;同时在体位停留时,身体可以有足够的时间去利用这些营养物质来修复和疗愈,这是一个“重建升级”的过程。
体位,做的漂亮,花样繁多高难,只是形式而已;在正确习练的过程中,通过体位这一媒介,你能否觉知你的身体正在被疗愈升级,才是最重要的,这才是瑜伽体位的神韵。
The Meaning of Yoga Poses
It is a new fashion to show all kinds of dazzling poses in social media. Even some students target to learn those poses when they practice yoga.
There is nothing wrong you can do some hard poses and you show your result or talent in social media to win some applause as long as the precondition is that your body allows you to. Here comes the question: what is the meaning of yoga poses? The harder the better?
Definitely not.
Yoga pose, any pose is an intermedia that connects you and your body, your body and your soul. And how all poses are suitable to you. If a pose is suitable to you, you will flow into it and you can feel the enjoyment while you are practicing it; if a pose is not suitable to you, your body will resist it naturally or even make you fear it. When this happens, if you ignore the resistance and the fear, there will be a great chance for injury and body damage. However, this doesn’t mean if you cannot do a certain pose, you should feel frustrated and give up. One step at a time. Practice the poses you can do and let them heal and upgrade you; when you become stronger and more flexible through practicing, some poses that you wouldn’t imagine you could do can be naturally accepted by your body and then you can just flow into them.
