带脉~塑腰的根本

带脉,隶属奇经八脉(任脉,督脉,冲脉,带脉,阴维脉,阳维脉,阴跷脉和阳跷脉)。带脉脉气横向主收束,并主宰下焦排泄系统和生殖系统,所以气脉气的通畅与否对于新陈代谢和生殖系统保健至关重要。与此同时,它地处腰间,起到收束其他经脉的作用,所以带脉通畅的人应该是腰肢纤细并有力的。

现代人常见的“啤酒肚,游泳圈”都是带脉阻塞的主要症状。当大家要瘦腰塑腰,不通带脉,饿死练死也没用。

打通带脉不是一天两天的功夫,我也不赞成一直吃中药调理(带脉阻塞会导致带脉病,又称“肾着”,症状为经常腰酸,同时足临泣穴会有压痛感,“肾着汤”主之~《金匱要略》)。我认为最好的办法是有规律的循序渐进的运动,以腰部扭转拉伸为主,配合合理的饮食作息,以及经常按摩脚背上的足临泣穴;当我们找到根源后,只需要做好相应的调整,再给身体一点时间,一定会慢慢疗愈。

 

The Belt-Lateral – the Fundamental Factor for Slender Waist

In Chinses Meridian Theory, the Belt-Lateral belongs to the Eight-Channel system which consists of the Ren Channel, Governor Channel, Chong Channel, Yin Wei Channel, Yang Wei Channel, Yin Qiao Channel, Yang Qiao Channel and Belt-Lateral.

The specialty of the Belt-Lateral is the path of Qi. Unlike other meridians and channels, the path of Qi in the Belt-Lateral is transverse. It covers everything between navel and the pubis like a belt. Therefore, it is in charge of the excretory system and the reproductive system in human body. Due to its vital “geographic position”, whether Qi is able to go through it smoothly or not decides the rate of metabolism which is crucial for body shape especially for the slimness of the waist. For this reason, to slim down and shape up, it will be unwise and incomprehensive to just do exercise.

To unblock the Belt-Lateral, it is not a short-term plan. Just like to be healthy, we need to keep good habits persistently.

The suggestions are as follows.

1)   Regulate exercise and focus on the core strength training especially on the lower abdomen area.

2)   Pay extra attention for the stretching of the Belt-Lateral area.

3)   There is a special Qi point that controls the Belt-Lateral: Zu Linqi (you can google its location or consult an expert). Regularly massage this pair of Qi points if you don’t have any physical symptoms caused by the blockage in the Belt-Lateral. However, if you do have one of the symptoms mentioned as follows, please consult an experienced Chinese medicine doctor because you may suffer from Belt-Lateral syndrome.

Symptoms caused by blocked Belt-Lateral: always or during menstruation, feeling sore or cold in the lower back area; feeling cold or swollen in the lower abdomen area; sharp pain in Zu Linqi area.
